When referring a contyractor from your personal network, the contractor must fit to the requirements of the lead.  His/her contact email address and CV will be sent to FiveZero.  FiveZero will clear forwarding the CV to the client after the contractor has registrered to the FiveZero community following instructions in clause 1.

4. FivZero Guarantee

The FiveZero Guarantee is our promise that a lead or referral resulting in a firm assignment will be rewarded financially. It’s our way of showing respect for your valuable network.

5. Disputes

Disagreements occasionally arise in every workplace, both online and off. Clients have the right to dispute a referred contractor.  However this is a matter that only concerns the contractor and the client.  Fivezero is a networking community onlyenhancing contacts between interested parties.

6. Payments

Processing payments of rewards and referral fees outside of FiveZero is prohibited.  If a client solicits work to be done and paid for outside of the FiveZero Networking Community, please report them immediately.

7. Feedback

Feedback that is honest and objective contributes to a vibrant and productive community. The best feedback focuses on the facts, while providing helpful information to both the recipient and the community as a whole.

We do not monitor, censor, or investigate feedback. However, on very rare occasions, we may delete ratings and feedback found to violate our User Agreement or the content guidelines below. Attempts to falsify feedback, manipulate, or coerce another user by threatening negative feedback are strictly prohibited, as is any offer to sell or buy services in exchange for positive feedback.

Feedback containing the following types of content may be removed or edited:

  • Content that endorses illegal activity
  • Content that personally identifies another user
  • Political, religious, or social commentary rather than a genuine comment regarding the work experience

FiveZero sends a verification email to both (contractor who reffered and the contractor on a successful firm assignment) to check if the assignment is a success.  This allows FiveZero to send an invoice to the client which will bpay the lead and contractor generator. The contractor on a firm assignment has the obligation to inform FiveZero immediately when the assignment stops within the first week of commencing.

All info must be:

  • Honest and accurate
  • Completed by the hired individual

9. Agency Policies

Agencies represent a set of contractors who provide services on FiveZero. These agencies are responsible for the actions of all its members, including its contractors, staffing managers, and administrators.

An agency does not own a contractor’s profile and cannot restrict a contractor’s departure or future use of his or her profile on FiveZero.

All agency members must act in accordance with FiveZero policies. Violations of these policies can result in suspension of the agency and their contractors:

  • All agency contractors must comply with the policies set forth for contractors on FiveZero.
  • An agency must use the FiveZero platform when working with any client found through FiveZero.
  • Every person working on behalf of an agency must have their own account and contractor profile. These profiles must be associated with their agency on FiveZero. Sharing accounts is not permitted and can result in the suspension of the agency and their contractors.
  • If a contractor is no longer working for an agency, the agency may not use the contractor’s profile in any way and may not restrict the contractor’s use of their own profile.
  • Agencies cannot advertise on FiveZero to recruit contractors.
  • Agency profiles may not advertise products or services outside or beyond the scope of the FiveZero workplace.
  • Staffing managers cannot apply on behalf of agency contractors unable, unwilling, or unavailable to do the work.
  • Staffing managers may interview on behalf of their agency contractors; however, clients must be informed of the management relationship.
  • Staffing managers must specifically state who will be working on the project. Should there be a change in staff on a project, the client must be informed and approve prior to the change.
